Dosage and Directions:

• Mix ±1 scoop (10 g) with 350–400 ml of cold water and stir or shake well.
• For all-day energy: Drink in the morning, between meals and throughout the day.
• For workout stamina: Drink 20–30 minutes before training.
• For workout recovery: Drink immediately after training.
• As an afternoon pick-me-up: drink during afternoon. Not recommended for use after 16:00.
