Dosage and Directions

• All day energy: Morning, between meals & throughout day.
• Workout stamina: 20-30 minutes before training.
• Workout recovery: Immediately after training.
• Afternoon pick-me-up: During mid-day crash.
• 1 scoop = 1 serving. Mix ±1 scoop (10g) with 350-400 ml of cold water and stir or shake well.
• Not recommended after 4 pm.
