Usage Instructions: The usual dosage is: Orally: Take 5 ml as is, or diluted in either a herbal tea or water, up to 4 times daily when necessary. Externally: Apply Vitaforce Original Schwedenbitter as a compress, diluted with an equal part water. Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs. Shake bottle before use.
