Usage Instructions:

To replace a meal: Take four level scoops (53 g) of Replace Junior and add gradually to 190 ml of cold water while stirring (mix until powder is dissolved). Makes 7 servings. For a light snack: Take two level scoops (27 g) of Replace Junior and add gradually to 95 ml of cold water while stirring (mix until powder is dissolved). Recommended use: Children 3-10 years: 1-2 servings daily or as required. Children 10-12 years: 2-3 servings daily or as required. Consume reconstituted product within 4 hours or within 24 hours when refrigerated. Shake or stir the product before use. Not suitable for Infant feeding. Nutritional supplements should not be a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. After opening and resealing this product , it should be used within one month.
