Usage Instructions: Adults 18 years and older: Take two (2) effervescent tablets per day after a meal. Dissolve the effervescent tablets in a glass of water. Drink the mixture as soon as the effervescing has stopped. Use for at least 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.
