Gaviscon Advanced Liquid Aniseed is an extra-strength formula which provides fast, soothing relief from heartburn and indigestion. It suppresses gastric reflux and soothes, coats and protects the oesophagus. Gaviscon Advanced Liquid Aniseed lasts for up to 4 hours and starts to work in 3 minutes. Gaviscon Advanced Liquid Aniseed is available in 300ml as well as 10ml sachets in Peppermint and Aniseed flavour.

Warnings/Allergens: Do not refrigerate|Keep out of reach of children|As congestive cardiac failure may result from excessive sodium absorption, Gaviscon Advance Aniseed should be administered with caution to patients on a highly restricted salt diet|Administration of potassium may cause hyperkalaemia in patients with renal failure|Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea and abdominal cramps may occur|Gaviscon Advance Aniseed suspension contains calcium carbonate (100 mg per 5 ml)|Hypercalcaemia or alkalosis may occur following the regular use of calcium carbonate|Gaviscon Advance Aniseed should be administered with caution in patients with congestive heart failure, renal impairment, liver cirrhosis, hypertension, patients on steroids, hypocalcaemia, hypochlorhydia or patients on salt restricted diet

Usage instructions: Shake the bottle before use. Adults and children over 12 years: 5 – 10 ml after meals and at bedtime. Children under 12 years: Not recommended except on doctor’s advice.
