Usage Instructions

To prepare one 230ml serving, pour approximately 195ml of cold water into a container and gradually add 6 level scoops (a scoop is included in the can) or 53.8g of Ensure. Stir or shake thoroughly to dissolve the powder. Use reconstituted Ensure immediately, or cover, refrigerate, and use within 24 hours. When mixed as above, Ensure provides approximately 4.2 kJ/ml. One can contains 85g and yields approximately 14 (230ml) servings.
