Usage Instructions

To prepare one 230 ml serving, pour approximately 195 ml of cold water into a container and gradually add 6 level scoops (a scoop is included in the can) or 53.8 g of Ensure. Stir or shake thoroughly to dissolve the powder. Use reconstituted Ensure immediately, or cover, refrigerate, and use within 24 hours. When mixed as above, Ensure provides approximately 4.2 kJ/ml. One can containing 850 g yields approximately 14 (230 ml) servings.
