Usage Instructions: Open the pouch to activate the warming patch. Remove the protective film. Apply the patch directly to the area of discomfort, the adhesive side towards clothing for delicate or ageing skin. For best contact apply to dry, flat areas, free of moisture, oils, or lotions. To remove – slowly peel off the patch. The patch will not re-stick well once removed.
