Usage Instructions: Adults 18 years and older: Non-specific daytime cramps: take one (1) effervescent tablet in the morning after breakfast. The tablet must be dissolved in 250 ml water and drank once the effervescing has stopped. Non-specific nighttime cramps: take one (1) effervescent tablet in the evening after dinner. The tablet must be dissolved in 250 ml water and drank once the effervescing has stopped.
