This new easy to use formula Color Rebel Semi-Permanent Conditioning Hair Toner contains no ammonia, hydrogen peroxide, PPD resorcinol or 1-Naphthol. It gently colours and nourishes your hair with the combination of olive oil, castor oil, nettle extract and vitamin F, giving your hair extra shine and a soft silky feel.
