Usage instructions:

Brush thoroughly with a Colgate toothbrush, at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or physician. Children 6 years and under should only use a pea-sized amount and should be supervised by an adult to minimize swallowing. Spit and rinse thoroughly after brushing.
