Usage Instructions: Adults and Children Over 12 Years: For general kidney, bladder and urinary tract health maintenance: Take 15 drops once or twice daily. For acute, supportive treatment of kidney, bladder or urinary tract disorders: Take 20-30 drops three times daily. Ensure adequate fluid intake during treatment. Take preferably 30 minutes before meals. Take drops undiluted or diluted in a small amount of water.
