Usage Instructions: Age/weight – water – cereal: From 6 months onwards (8.5kg) – 60 ml (just under 1/4 cup) – 20g (3 tablespoons). Preparation: 1. Wash your hands & the utensils you need. 2. Put 3 tablespoons (20g) of cereal into a clean bowl. 3. Add about 60 ml (just under 1/4 cup) of water and mix well. Do not add salt and/or sugar. Feed your baby with a clean spoon. Do not keep unfinished portion. Introduction of this food earlier than is recommended must be done under the guidance of a health professional. From 6 months of age, together with breast milk, infants should be fed a variety of foods. Purity is intended for spoon feeding. This Purity baby cereal with milk must be prepared with previously boiled, cooled water.
