Usage Instructions: Patients in the 1st trimester of pregnancy: Take 1 capsule 3 times per day as needed. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day. Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 1-2 capsules 3 times per day as needed. Do not exceed 8 capsules per day. Children aged between 6-12 years: Take 1 capsule 3 times per day as needed. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day. Take it with a glass of cold water. Consult a doctor if symptoms worsen or do not improve.
