Usage

Cold Sores Apply to affected area. Acne and Pimples Apply directly to affected areas.
Nasal Congestion Use as a steam inhalation. Place 2 to 3 drops in a bowl of steaming water, cover head with towel and inhale deeply both through nose and mouth to relieve congestion and help fight infection.
Athletes Foot Apply to infected area between the toes, keep area dry. Fungal Infections e.g. Ringworm Apply directly to the affected area. Repeat twice daily. Keep area dry.
Bites and Stings Apply directly to affected area.
