Usage Instructions: Brush thoroughly with a Colgate toothbrush, at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or physician. Children 6 years and younger: should only use a pea sized amount under adult supervised brushing to minimize swallowing. In case of intake of fluoride from other sources consult a dentist. Spit and rinse thoroughly after brushing.
