Usage Instructions: Wash your hands and the utensils you need. Put 7 tablespoons (30g) of cereal into a clean bowl. Add about 140 ml (just over 1/2 cup) of the milk that you are currently feeding your baby and mix well. Do not add salt and/or sugar. Feed your baby with a clean spoon. Do not keep unfinished portion. Introduction of this food earlier than is recommended must be done under the guidance of a health professional. From 6 months of age, together with breast milk, infants should be fed a variety of foods. Purity is intended for spoon feeding: This Purity baby cereal must be prepared with breast milk, formula milk or the milk you are currently feeding your baby.
