Usage Instructions: Adults and children 12 years and older: spray 6 – 8 squirts to the back of the throat, three times per day. For optimal effect, use at least for a period of 5 days and longer. Children 6-12 years: spray 3 to 4 squirts to the back of the throat, 3 times per day.
