Usage Instructions

Usage Instructions: Adults: 2 to 6 sprays/drops in each nostril as often as required. Children and Infants: Half the adult dosage. Safe for continuous everyday use, no limitations. For Spray: Hold bottle upright and squeeze for one spray. For Drops: Hold the bottle upside down and gently squeeze the bottle to dispense one drop at a time. After each use, remove nozzle from nostril and only then release pressure. This will prevent mucus from being drawn back into the nozzle. Allow excess liquid to flow out the nose and gently blow the nose using soft tissue paper. Always wipe/rinse the nozzle clean after use.
